About

Gregory Michael Hurley

 Spring Arbor, Michigan

Clay sculpting and airbrushing. From analog to digital in both cases, I started modeling / sculpting in 1980 using automotive grade hard clay. Designing products such as lawn and garden tractor seats, eye surgeons chair, boat dock bumpers, armrests and other products. In 1987 I started freelancing and provided product concepts for automotive clients, by the mid 90's I migrated my learnings to digital using photoshop, this increased my output and provided a much better work flow. I also use ZBrush for digital sculpting of models. In both cases it's a much cleaner work flow. So for me, It's about adapting to new technology , staying current and competitive.
